Geometric alignment systems are designed for checking and correcting the alignment of all kinds of different applications. Measurements are done for flatness, straightness, squareness and parallelism. Our lasers can do them all with ease, but they can also be used to measure concentricity (alignment) of bores and co-linearity of rotary axes, as well as, the angularity of linear axes, such as: pitch, roll and yaw, which are needed from time to time in machine tool axis alignments.
Hamar Laser has been making laser systems for bore alignment applications for more than 50 years. With our years of experience, we know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to making alignment systems that are highly accurate and versatile, while being especially easy to learn and use.
